Clopper Mill Coffee Roasters is a small roaster in Gaithersburg, MD. We keep only what we need to roast your coffee and get it to you. We don't sell your details, run ads, or use analytics trackers.
What we keep
Free sample requests
Your name, email, the coffee and roast you chose, and any mailing-list topics you ticked. Nothing is stored until you confirm using the link we email you; after that we keep the request to arrange your pickup.
Custom order inquiries
Your name, email, the origin, amount and roast levels you asked for, and any notes. Nothing is stored until you confirm using the link we email you; after that we use them to source the coffee, quote you and send an invoice.
Mailing list
Only if you tick a topic (News, Sales or Newsletter) and confirm your email. We keep your name, email, topics, the coffee and roast from your sample request, and when you confirmed, so we can send emails you asked for.
Emails you send us
Messages to hello@cloppermillroasters.co and our other addresses stay in our inbox so we can reply and keep track of orders.

- Neon stores sample requests and custom order inquiries (in the US)
- Resend sends our emails and holds the mailing list

They process your details only to provide these services to us.
Your choices
- Every mailing-list email has an unsubscribe link, where you can turn off one topic or all of them.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@cloppermillroasters.co.
- We keep requests and inquiries while we're in touch about them, and delete them when you ask.
